Delete your Nommer account

This page explains how to delete your Nommer account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion from inside the app or by emailing us — you do not need an active subscription to delete your account.
1. Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account is in the app:
- Open Nommer and go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately so it can no longer be used or signed into.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email nommer@nommer.ai from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and process it for you.
3. What gets deleted, and what we keep
When you delete your account, we deactivate it right away and then permanently erase the associated personal data after a short grace period (currently 30 days), during which signing back in restores the account. After that window the data is purged for good.
- Deleted: your account and profile, your email address, your saved recipes and cooking sessions, and your association with any recipes you shared.
- Retained where required: we may keep limited records for as long as the law requires (for example, transaction and tax records for purchases), and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play, as deleting your Nommer account does not cancel a store subscription.
