Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nommer mobile app and website (together, "Nommer", the "Service"). Nommer is operated by Garm Tech BV ("we", "us"), Staalkade 6 O, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 99602075, garm.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use Nommer.

1. What Nommer does

Nommer turns a recipe — from a link, a photo, or text you provide — into a synced, step-by-step plan for two cooks in one kitchen. We use automated and AI-assisted processing to interpret recipes and split the work between cooks. Nommer is a kitchen-coordination tool, not a source of food-safety, nutritional, dietary, or allergen advice.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Nommer.
• We sign you in using a one-time passcode sent to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your content

"Your content" means recipes, text, photos, and other material you add to Nommer. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Nommer a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the cooking partners you choose to share a session with.

You're responsible for the content you add. Don't upload material you don't have the right to use, and don't paste content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights. When you import a recipe from a third-party site, you're responsible for ensuring your use of that recipe complies with that site's terms. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nommer for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Upload malware or attempt to interfere with other users' sessions.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Nommer offers a paid subscription ("Nommer Pro") and may offer one-time purchases such as credit packs. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores' terms.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing & cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not within Nommer.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by the app stores, so refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We don't separately process payments and generally can't issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; changes apply to future billing periods and we'll give notice as required by the app stores.

6. Free features & availability

Some features are free and others require Nommer Pro or credits. We may change, add, or remove features over time. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee that Nommer will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. AI-generated output

Nommer uses AI to interpret recipes and generate plans, instructions, and images. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment — especially for cooking times, temperatures, allergens, and food safety. You're responsible for the final dish.

8. Termination

You can stop using Nommer and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to Nommer.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Nommer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nommer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Nommer after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
